Fiona Joseph
Biography
Fiona Joseph is a former textbook author and university lecturer, who left academia to set up her own online publishing company for EFL learners in 2000. As well as running Flo-Joe, she is a writer of fiction and narrative non-fiction. During Fiona's time on the Graduate Diploma in Writing at Birmingham City University, where she won the 2009 Prize for Fiction, she had a number of short stories published. Her novella for EFL learners, OSCAR'S JOURNEY, is published by Heinle/Cengage (August 2011). She is currently writing the life story of Beatrice Cadbury. Beatrice, or Little B, was the radical daughter of Britain's best-loved chocolate manufacturer, who gave back her inheritance to the Cadbury workers to pursue her vision of a fairer and more equal society. Fiona is the founder of Acocks Green Writers Group and a member of Tindal Street Fiction Group, the Society of Authors and the Biographers' Club.
