Biography
I'm a writer, researcher and editor. I've written many reports, papers and evaluations of health and social care services. I write short fiction and I've a particular interest in the subject of ageing and creativity. Apart from my job at Staffordshire University I've recently been commissioned to work with The Rural Media Company in Hereford to develop a multi-media project about growing old in rural England. The project will feature a suite of digital stories, a documentary, a short play, and a series of case studies. I'm also working on a project, tentatively called, Writing Well into Old Age, which will feature writing by new older writers and creative fiction and non-fiction about ageing. Watch this space!
