Malorie Blackman is one of our most successful writers for young people as well as a talented screenplay writer. She is author of over fifty books including the Noughts and Crosses trilogy and Pig Heart Boy. Her screenplay credits include episodes of Byker Grove and the television adaptation of Pig Heart Boy.

Malorie BlackmanMalorie will talk about her experiences of being a writer, including her journey from jobs in the computer industry to award winning author. A question and answer session will follow.
